Jennifer Strozier is the Senior Program Manager for the Independent Electrical Contractors Foundation (IECF), where she leads the planning, implementation, and management of national workforce development initiatives, scholarships, grants, and strategic programs that strengthen the skilled trades workforce. She is committed to creating opportunities that connect individuals with education, apprenticeship, and rewarding careers while advancing the Foundation’s mission of building the next generation of electrical professionals.
Jennifer brings decades of experience in business management, operations, and customer service. As a Notary Public, she has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service. Her entrepreneurial background has provided her with extensive experience in financial management, relationship building, and delivering results—skills she now leverages to support IECF’s growing national impact.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has excelled at developing strong partnerships, managing complex programs, and creating efficient processes that help organizations thrive. She works closely with IEC chapters, corporate partners, educational institutions, donors, and community organizations to coordinate high-impact initiatives that expand access to workforce development and skilled trades education across the country.
In her role at IECF, Jennifer oversees scholarship and grant administration, manages national programs and events, supports fundraising and donor engagement efforts, and helps ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and passion for serving others have contributed to the Foundation’s continued growth and its ability to positively impact apprentices, students, and communities nationwide.
